Shaping Up Culture is an inspirational and practical how-to guide to business by Barber and Black British Business Award Winner Mark Maciver aka Slider Cuts. The book aims to equip young people whom can so easily get involved in the wrong things, or nothing at all. 

During the Covid 19 pandemic we relaunched Shaping Up Culture to include additional, relevant content on how a business can survive challenging times. In addition we partnered with UK Youth a charity with a passion for empowering young people to thrive. Together we launched a £1,000 grant scheme and mentorship programme for aspiring black entrepreneurs.
